Tish Sabaratnam is product compliance manager for Georgia-Pacific Building Products. She specializes in regulatory testing and compliance, contributing to industry standards development through leadership roles in ASTM, AWCI, GA and other key associations. She assists cross-functional teams in Georgia-Pacific with emerging regulations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in product development. Sabaratnam also manages third-party certifications and provides training on quality and regulatory best practices.

Rob Knight is the business development manager at Variance Specialty Finishes/PAREX USA. He brings more than 35 years of experience in the commercial and residential markets with a wealth of stucco, EIFS and specialty finishing materials experience.

Ed Klonowski is a senior product manager at Holcim Building Envelope with a background in physics and mechanical engineering. He has been with the company for eight years filling product management roles for polyiso insulation, spray foam insulation, roof coatings, and liquid applied waterproofing. Klonowski has spent the last three years leading the coatings group for Gaco and its sub-brands.

Quenton Roehricht is a product manager at Holcim Building Envelope, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the building materials industry. With a strong background in marketing and product management, he has spent the past two years leading the adhesives and sealants category for the Gaco brand. His portfolio includes GacoBond, GacoSeal, American Safety Technologies and Tacky Tape, where he drives product strategy and innovation.

Quenton Roehricht

Bartholomew Jae has 25 years of experience helping companies develop their leaders, talent, and organization. Bartholomew spent half his career as a Learning & Development Leader, and the remainder providing strategy and management consulting to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies around the world. In his current role with NFPA, Bartholomew heads up the Education and Development line of business. He is responsible for leading a transformation to deliver more contemporary learning experiences and growing NFPA’s impact in teaching the world to be safer.
