The Director of Sales reports directly to the General Manager of the $15MM business and is responsible for leading the entire sales organization at Citadel. The Director of Sales leads both internal and external sales teams, estimators, and customer service teams, as well as the Independent Sales Reps (ISRs) for the growth and continued development of Citadel. The Director of Sales oversees the contracts, training, goals, and directs the focus and targets for the sales teams. The Director of Sales manages, leads and provides direction to the sales teams to create a positive experience for internal and external customers and to deliver growth for the business by meeting aggressive targets. The Director of Sales assists in managing and developing key relationships with core customers.
