William Howard “Bill” Coltzer, Jr., AIA, is the managing and founding partner of Zero/Six Consulting LLC, an architecture, engineering and exterior building envelope consulting firm and ISO 17025-accredited laboratory, as well as Coltzer Co. LLC, a full-service construction company and founding member of the North American Building Compliance Testing Association. As the son of a general contractor, he grew up participating in the family construction business and, after graduating from Texas A&M in 1984, became a licensed architect in 1993. Since the creation of Zero/Six Consulting LLC in 2003, Coltzer has participated in the remediation, design, construction and commissioning of numerous facilities across the nation. Bill Coltzer

Bill Egan of the Bill Egan Group has more than 35 years of construction experience that includes product and system design, standards development, testing and building code compliance, as well as claim investigation and resolution. He has held key technical roles with manufacturers of EIFS, stucco, air- and water-resistive barriers, and architectural coating systems. Egan has a BS in civil engineering from Roger Williams University, holds numerous patents and participates in various industry associations. He also serves on ASTM committees related to stucco, lath, and air- and water-resistive barriers, and is the E6.58 subcommittee chairperson for the performance of EIFS.
